Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)  |  ΒΌ C

Red Onion, Sliced|  2 LBS

Red Cooking Wine|  1 C

Brown Sugar| 1 C Packed

Red Wine Vinegar|  1 C

Black Pepper, Ground|  1 t

Lemon, Zest & Juice|  1

Lime, Zest & Juice|  1


1.      In a saucepan on medium heat, add your evoo.

2.      When shimmering, add your onion, cook until translucent, 10 min.

3.      Deglaze with vinegar and wine. Boil until liquid reduces by half.

4.      Add all other ingredients over low heat and cook 10-15 min.

5.      Allow to cool and transfer to container. Shelf life of 1 week.
