Ingredients

White Rice, Rinsed|  1 C

Water|  4 C

Lime, Juice and Zest |  x2

Cinnamon |  x1 3inch Stick

Blanched Almonds|  2 T

Sesame Seeds, Roasted|  2 T

Cinnamon, Ground|  ½ t

Whole Milk|  1 C

Sugar |  ¾ C

Directions

1.      Soak rice, juice and zest, cinnamon stick, almonds and sesame for 1 hour.

2.      Vitamix everything together.

3.      Let sit at room temperature for 3 hours.

4.      Strain mixture into a pot, put onto low heat and whisk in sugar, ground cinnamon and milk.

5.      Bring to simmer and let sugar dissolve.

6.      Strain, chill, and serve.
