Confit Garlic

Ingredients

Garlic, peeled |  250 g

Canola Oil|  3 T

Water |  1 T

Smoked Paprika|  Pinch

Directions

1.      Set oven to 350 F

2.      Put all ingredients into a tinfoil parcel and dust with smoked paprika.

3.      Wrap tightly and put into the oven for 30 min.

4.      Strain out garlic and use the confit garlic oil to finish your dishes or keep it all refrigerated together in a container.
